Administrative Fee: 200 €, for all classes, included in the overall fee, deposited by registration, non refundable!

Moto/Quad – 300 €
Car/Side By Side/Truck – 500 €

Assistance car/truck – 50 euro
Assistance person – 100 euro

Package “ALL INCLUSIVE” 350 € :
Accommodation in double room for two person & food all the race !

These fees are valid registration payment from 22.03.2015 to 15.06.2015.
After this date the fees are 20% more.

THE FEE INCLUDES:
- administrative fee
- free pasta bar during the race
- cocktail in opening & price giving ceremony
- all papers, permissions and race numbers
- road book
- Balkan Marathon T-shirts & cap
- assistance road book and GPS assistance track
- sporting charges
- accommodation on bivouac with facilities
- bivouac team space
- damaged vehicle recovery (to the nearest bivouac)
- on track and bivouac medical assistance with 4x4 ambulance
- civil liability motor insurance valid for race days

THE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDES:
- Fuel
- travels to go and leave the rally
- individual life insurance
- visas and border fees

CANCELLATION TERMS: 
- For cancellations before June, 1st 2015, € 200 will be retained for administrative costs.
- For cancellations before August, 1st 2015, will be retained 50 % .
- For cancellations after August, 1st 2015, no refunds will be made.
